Why We Built This Site
Mississippi court access is court-specific. In Tishomingo County, Circuit Clerk Rebecca Oaks maintains Circuit Court filings, while Chancery Clerk Peyton Cummings maintains separate Chancery matters. Justice Court and municipal courts retain their own lower-court dockets. MEC and PAMEC support participating Circuit and Chancery courts, but their public document-search path is login-gated, and no single statewide public docket search covers every local case. This resource brings together the documented routes, contacts, and limits so a search starts with the right office.
What You Will Find Here
The record pages identify the local court and access channel that fit a request.
- Docket routes: local information for criminal docket searches and civil docket searches.
- Settings: the court-specific path for court dates and hearings.
- Case location: how to use a case lookup with a court, name, or case number.
- Copies: clerk-based options described on court record search pages.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource, not a Mississippi court, clerk's office, or government agency. It cannot access an official docket, alter a hearing setting, file a document, remove or seal a record, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Court-specific availability, procedures, and fees can change, so the responsible clerk must confirm any detail that matters.
Only the clerk or court maintaining a Tishomingo County case can provide an official or certified docket sheet, order, or case record.
Search Partners
Some pages include a search box provided by a third party. That provider controls its service, terms, charges, results, and privacy practices. If a visitor uses a partner service that leads to a paid enrollment, this resource may receive a referral fee. The referral does not make a result official, and an official record still comes from the court or clerk that holds it.
